Ferrofluid displacement in a simple 2.5D micromodel


Segmented images Analysis Data

The images share the name of the original image. The image is flipped left-right compared to the original image. *.tif - The image is converted to 8-bit in ImageJ and segmented (binarized) using the IJ_IsoData thresholding method. The value 0 (shown as black) in the images is the ferrofluid, and the value 255 (white) is either oil or the solid (outside of the channel).
