Extracted using a version of the missing-attenuation method, as described in Ketcham et al. (2010). Extracted from CC02a CT data set along plane X=190. Figure 1 from Cardenas et al. (2007) shows various portions of fracture as modeled. botsurf190.txt: Y coordinate of bottom surface, in mm. Distance between points is 0.25 mm. topsurf190.txt: Y coordinate of top surface, in mm.
