Mineral maps of primary minerals identified in EFS1 (calcite, pyrite and quartz) were generated using the SMART mineral mapper (Kim et al. in prep – see publications tab) and images are provided in this tab. 4 additional maps of relevant non-primary minerals can also be found as a part of the image dataset. A commented MATLAB script ('DataRead_EFS1_Peters_etal_2020.m') and data needed for primary mineral map generation ('Data_EFS1_input.mat' & 'Data_EFS1_trained_network.mat') are also provided.
