Segmented data with iron sulfate as a contrast agent. The liquid and solid phase tagged in grey and biofilm in white. Please note that the original bit depth used for the segmentation was 16 bits. The complete volumetric data set was cropped vertically in 3 subvolumes for handy uploading.
