Biofilm Imaging in Porous Media by Laboratory X-ray Tomography: Combining a Non-Destructive Contrast Agent with Propagation-Based Phase-Contrast Imaging Tools.
Raw data with iron sulfate as a contrast agent. A Lorentzian filter was applied on the projections before reconstruction (see Matlab files). Please note that the original bit depth used for the segmentation was 16 bits. The complete volumetric data set was cropped vertically in 3 subvolumes for handy uploading.
