This contains following variables: a) “thprof”: throat profile struct, b) “dim”: domain dimensions in cm. Plot these data using the provided Matlab script “PlotThroatProfile.m”. 2) A plot of the above extracted networks: "netw_dynm": dynamically extracted network, "netw_geom": geometrically extracted network. 3) Excel file summarizing simulated solute breakthrough curves
