Fracture in tuff

Extracted complete fracture Analysis Data

Tab-delimited ASCII files with fracture top, bottom, midpoint, and aperture, extracted using the IPSF method as described in Ketcham, Slottke and Sharp (2010). Denoting original scans as XY and slices as Z, each 400x601 file has the Y-coordinate in mm of the following quantities at each XZ column: cc02-2aAp.txt: Aperture cc02-2aBot.txt: Bottom surface cc02-2aMid.txt: Midpoint surface cc02-2aTop.txt: Top surface Also included is example Matlab code (readExtractedFractureExample.m) for reading the files and visualizing the fracture shape and aperture, which was used to create sample images VisualizeAperture.png and VisualizeMidPlane.png.
