Experiment 3/4. The brine-filled fracture is the light phase in the central portion of the sample; The resin material is the darkest phase; the outermost phase is the Viton sleeve. Images were acquired with a tube voltage of 70 kV and a tube power of 8 W. The raw data was reconstructed to a 3D volume using Acquila (TESCAN-XRE, Belgium).
