Pore scale study of water adsorption and subsequent methane transport in clay in the presence of wettability heterogeneity

methane flow velocity fields Analysis Data

Supercritical methane flow at 400 K and 12 MPa with pressure gradient of 0.1 MPa/m is conducted using MRT-LEV LBM. The resulting stable velocity fields at three water saturation stages are shown in vtk files. Also included are the purely viscous flow and slip flow velocity fields calculated when Sw=0. Velocity is in lattice units.
