The µXRF data, which is provided in the Hierarchical Data Format (.h5), can be visualized and analyzed utilizing Larch: GSE Mapviewer, a data analysis tool developed at GSECARS for fluorescence, diffraction and X-ray absorption fine-structure analyses (Newville 2013).
