Description

Synthetic fractures were created to quantify the effect of heterogeneity in surface roughness and mineralogy (which affects wettability) for multiphase flow. This project includes: 1) Rough fractures 2) Slits exhibiting surfaces of different mineralogy/wettability (surfaces are circles and bands) 3) A heterogeneously wet fracture The MATLAB codes to create the geometries can be found at: https://github.com/je-santos/syntheticFractures
